The Community has an Augustinian Rule and for much of its history has cared for elderly and infirm women. In 1997, because of decreasing numbers, the Convent at Lindfield (Sussex) was sold and the Mother House transferred to Chichester, where the former Theological College is now a retirement home. There they continue their pastoral work, using the former College Chapel for Mass and Offices.

Associates of the Community, who undertake to support and pray for them and their work, receive information at least quarterly.
