SOCIETY OF ALL SAINTS SISTERS OF THE POOR ASSP
We believe we are called to be alongside the homeless and unemployed, the sick,
the dying, the bereaved, the old and lonely. The community has the oversight of
St John's Home, a residential home for elderly people. It has pioneered Helen and
Douglas House, offering respite and end-
At the centre of this activity, and undergirding it, is the daily round of celebrating the liturgy together, with time to set aside for prayer, reading, and waiting upon God. We also give time for one another, respecting and cherishing each other. It is only in being with God and with one another, amidst all our activity, that we come to know the true purpose of our lives.
