COMMUNITY OF THE GLORIOUS ASCENSION   CGA

 

 The Community aims to combine a life of prayer and worship with that of going out to support itself through daily work.  The brothers generally live in small groups bound together in the corporate pattern of monastic life.  The mission of the Community is primarily that of being with and amongst people in ordinary situations.

 

Sisters (France)

 ‘Prasada’ is set on the edge of a Provençal hill village, where guests are welcome for a time of rest and refreshment.  Many join the Community in their chapel for the Eucharist and Divine Office.  The Sisters are also involved in various activities with the local English-speaking and French communities.
